Mrs. Albina Jane Batt, 49, a former Muncie resident residing in Buena Park, Calif., died Friday after a six-month illness.
Mrs. Batt came to Muncie from South Bend when she was a child, and lived here until 1962, when she moved to California.
Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Clara Jacobs, Yorktown; three sons, Roger, Lexington, Nev., Eric and Jerry, both of Buena Park; one daughter, Pam Sontag, Buena Park; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Miller, and Mrs. Agnes Nicely, both of Muncie; a half brother, Hazen Mills, Yorktown; a half sister, Mrs. Eva Witham, Anderson; several nieces and nephews; and five grandchildren.
Services are pending at Parson Mortuary.
