Nellie Lillian Knight-Baker, 78, of Indianapolis, passed away on Oct. 1, 2011. She was born on September 28, 1933 in Hermitage Springs, TN to Luther and Edith Mae Pedigo.
Survivors include her husband, Harold Baker; daughter-in-law, Donna Knight; children, Nita Davis, Rick (Ann) Knight, Rusty (Kellie) Knight, and Linda (Tom) Mahaney; brothers, Paul Pedigo and Garland Pedigo; 15 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Knight; son, David Knight; daughter, Donna Jean Knight; and brother, Roger Pedigo.
Friends may call from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, October 3 at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN. A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, October 4 at 1:00 pm (local) at Whitley Cemetery, in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
