On September 21, 1910, Brady was engaged to Florence E. Schoedel of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. They were married the following year on September 20 and resided in Pittsburgh. They had one child, a daughter, Geraldine Elizabeth Riggin, born on September 21, 1913.
Sometime before 1920, they moved to 312 Blakely Street, East Liverpool, Columbiana County, Ohio. Brady was self-employed and owned a local fish market located at 405 Market Street.
Brady passed away on September 2, 1955 and is buried at Columbiana County Memorial Park in Calcutta, Ohio.
