Miss Ruby Ballenger, 15-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Attis Ballenger, died at the family home at Sewellton, Thursday, March 16, following a lingering illness. Besides her parents, she is survived by several brothers and many other relatives.

Funeral services were held at Freedom church, Saturday, March 18, at 10:00 A.M., conducted by Eld. Bryan Maxey, with burial in the Carnes cemetery. All arrangements for the funeral were in charge of Pruitt's Funeral Home of Jamestown.
