According to the GENEAOLOGY OF MOSES SHANKS, William Milburn Shanks and Martha Bacon had another daughter, Martha Ann, who died young. She was born after Mary Lucinda. According to their marriage certificate, William M. Shanks and second wife Ellen Hashbarger Shanks were married Jan. 31, 1869 by his uncle, Rev. William Milburn in the Methodist Episcopal Church. A correction - Sarah was William and Margaret Ellen's daughter and is shown in the 1880 Census of Greene Co. as being 10 years old which means she was born Nov. 7, 1869 instead of the Nov. 7, 1860 listed on her marker.
