Son of Oliver Chesley and Elizabeth Dimery Larrimore. Shep married (1) Maybell Tyler, and (2) Leona Richardson. Shep married Leona in 1928, she died before the 1940 census was taken.

MARION - Shep Larrimore, Sr., 68, died Tuesday morning in a local hospital after a short illness. He was a son of the late Oliver C. and Elizabeth Dimery Larrimore.

He was twice married, his first wife being the late Maybell Tyler and his second wife, the late Miss Leona Richardson.

He is survived by three children, Mrs. Cora Mae Sawyer of Marion, Mrs. Nell McQuirt of Dillon and Shep Larrimore, Jr. of Marion; two brothers, S. H. Larrimore of Marion and James Larrimore of Gresham; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and several half brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be conducted in Smith Brothers Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Wednesday, by Rev. J. R. Brewer and Rev. C. L. Smith. Burial will be in Reedy Creek Cemetery.
