Lazarus Sr. BEAL, son of Jeremiah Sr. & Sarah (RIPLEY) BEAL of Hingham, married Susanna LEWIS 18d 2m 1689/90 in her hometown of Barnstable. She born in 1666 in Barnstable, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts the daughter of Lt. James LEWIS & Sarah (LANE) LEWIS of whom the later was a native of Hingham. They settled in his hometown of Hingham and raised 13 children. He died in Hingham in 1723 and a few years later Susanna married (2nd) Benjamin EATON of Kingston, Plymouth Co, Massachusetts on 11d 3m 1728/29 in Hingham.
