Phil was born November 13, 1978 to Art and Connie Allred. He was the youngest of six brothers and had to be tough, but was tough with a great heart. Phil's friends and family always knew that "Phil had their back."
Phil was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and had a strong love and testimony of the prophet Joseph Smith and our savior, Jesus Christ. Phil loved everyone and he was known for his hugs. He loved children, especially his eighteen nieces and nephews.
Phil graduated from Olympus High School, where he played football and went on to play at Dixie College and Benedictine College. He loved the time he was an ultimate fighter and gained many friendships while serving in the Army. Phil, you can now be at peace in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father.
Survived by parents, brothers: Gary (Gina), David (Cindy), Mark, Steve (Emily), Mike (Amber), eighteen nieces, and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, countless friends. (As always, if you're a friend of Phil your family.)
