Mr. Wright enjoyed deer hunting and fishing along the Chesapeake Bay. He was a devoted father and loving grandfather. He is survived by his wife Edna of 44 years and his three children; Barbara J. Hobbs of Hampden, MD, Raymond Jr. of Edgewater, MD and Brenda J. Pontius of York Haven, PA. He also shared much joy in his grandchildren, Tonia, Bonnie, Michael, Ray III, Lisa and Timothy.
He was preceded in death by his father Rush L. Wright in 1956 and his mother Rachael Ella Rawlins Wright in 1942. Mr. Wright was one of 11 children.
