Mr. Owens, 53, of Alexandria passed away Sunday, September 25, 2011 at his residence.
Mark Owens was a special angel who made friends wherever he went, touching anyone who knew him. He enjoyed music, traveling, camping, church and loved life in general. He had a great sense of humor, loved to joke, and always had a smile for those he met. He will be immeasurably missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Owens.
Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, sister and husband, brother, and wife, niece, two nephews, twogreat-nieces as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.
We express our special thanks to the staff of John Eskew Training Center who have cared for Mark since the death of his father, Wayne Owens.
