Actress. Born in Lyon, France, she was a French actress and director best, known for the film “Round Midnight” (1986). She made her big screen debut in ''The Clockmaker'' (1973), followed by ''Black Thursday'' (1975). Her more then 40 film credits included ''Spoiled Children'' (1977), “We Forgot Everything!” (1979), “The Lost Way” (1980) and ''The Grand Highway'' (1987). As a director, she won the Louis Delluc Prize for ''Le Petit Prince a Dit'' (1992). She also directed “La grace” (1984), “Zanzibar” (1989) and ''Adultere: Mode d'Emploi'' (1992). She died from suicide at age 42 in Garches, Hauts-de-Seine, France.
