Nick was born in San Francisco, CA and died in San Francisco, CA. He was the son of William Samuel Loskutoff (1888-1959) and Prascovia Nikitinivna Corboff (1890-1976). Nick's family immigrated in 1907 from Russia. They lived on Potrero Hill in San Francisco, CA at 1027 De Haro Street. His father was a riveter at the ship yards and also worked in a lumberyard. The 1930 census shows Nick working as a truck driver for mattress company.

Nick married Stabella Chiotras (1917-1976) before 1941. They had two children, Betty and William.

LOSKUTOFF - In this city, April 26, 1963, Nick W. (Caesar), beloved husband of Stabella Loskutoff, loving father of Betty and Bill Loskutoff, beloved son of Mrs. Prascovia Loskutoff and the late William S. Loskutoff, loving brother of Mrs. Gussie Agapoff of Middletown, Sam Loskutoff of Los Angeles, Alice, Mary, William and Peter Loskutoff all of San Francisco, also survived by many nieces and nephews, son-in-law of Mrs. Christina Chiotras; a native of San Francisco; aged 50 years; a member of I.L.W.U. No. 10.

Friends are invited to attend funeral services Tuesday at 12:00 noon, at MISSION CHAPELS of Pappas Buzolich & Poponis, 435 Valencia St. near 15th. Interment, Olivet Memorial Park. Prayer services Monday evening at 7:30 o'clock. Visiting hours until 9 p.m.
