Edward Mayzell Allen, 76, of Paducah died at 10:27 a.m. Monday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Ms. Allen was of the Presbyterian faith.
She is survived by one cousin, Donna Jones Canada of Clearwater, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Ovie Allen and Etzell Jones Allen and one brother.
There will be no service or visitation. Private burial will be held at a later date.
