Rollie W Reeder, 81, of Kendallville died Sunday, April 12, 2009, at Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville.
Mr. Reeder worked for 31 years at County Line Cheese, retiring in 1984. He also drove a school bus for the East Noble School Corp. for 13 years.
He graduated from Garrett High School and was a World War II Army Air Force veteran.
He was born in Richland Township in DeKalb County on July 10, 1927, to Charles Sr. and Cora (Boren) Reeder. He married Emma Stebing on July 1, 1950, in DeKalb County. She died Feb. 23, 1995.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Homer Morgan of Kendallville; a son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Barbara Redder of Kendallville; two grandchildren, Danielle Gibson and Benjamin Morgan; a great-grandson, Hunter Michael Gibson; and three sisters, Mable Bry of Auburn, Reah Stebing of Auburn, and Audry Albright of Kendallville.
He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Wesley M Reeder; a great-grandson, Charles Hamilton Gibson; and two brothers, Charles Reeder Jr and Robert E Reeder.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sedan Cemetery near Corunna with the Rev. Earl Bolen officiating.
Calling will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Feller Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., Waterloo.
