Mildred Marie McIntosh, 90 passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2011 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She was born to William A. Filer and Lillie Alice Duncan on August 3, 1921 in Norwood, Missouri.
Mildred was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God. She enjoyed cake decorating, crocheting, gardening, cooking and baking.
Mildred is preceded in death by her parents; husband Leo Warren McIntosh and daughter Sandra Joan McIntosh.
She is survived by children; Darril Wayne McIntosh, Donald Ray McIntosh and wife Carolyn, LaDonna Marie Bailey and husband Tom; 2 sisters Evelyn Hesterly and Bonnie Ryan; 8 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 10:30am at Smith Funeral Chapel in Sapulpa, Oklahoma with Pastor James Bell officiating. Interment will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Talala, Oklahoma. Smith Funeral Home in Sapulpa is in charge of arrangements.
