She married Omer D. "Bud" Anderson; they had the following children: Betty Jean Anderson Englehardt, Roy Elza, Novella Anderson Feltes, Ray, Troy Dean, Nadine Anderson Heishman, Brenda Kay Anderson Forgy, and Pamela Sue Anderson Downs.

She is buried beside her husband in Blue Springs Cemetery, Gideon, OK.
