William W. Propst, 63 of Felton Del, formerly of Morgantown, Died on Jan 2, 1999 at home.

He was born in 1935 in Osage WV and was the son of the Late Harry and Clyde Mays Propst.

He was retired from the United States Army as a major. He is survived by his wife, Constance Yingst-Propst and two daughters, Sheila and Leslie and one grand daughter Akacia.
His Siblings-John-Betty-Ethel and Bob.
He was preceded in death by siblings, Elmer-Edward-Leroy-Wilbur, Arnold, Mary Louise Reese and Sarah Cordwell-Fortney.
Derings funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements, Burial to follow in the Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Tranqulity Mausoleum.
