Florence Ivy Anderson Bryan, 82, of Boone, died Thursday morning, April 5, 2001 at Watauga Medical Center.
She was born December 26, 1918 in Danville, Virginia, a daughter of Charlie and Pearl Cole Anderson.
Mrs. Bryan was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, one daughter, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Franklin Bryan.
Services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, officiated by Rev Dan Church and Rev James Hagaman. Burial will follow in the Mast Cemetery (Pleasant Cemetery).
The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 12 until 2 pm, two hours prior to the services at the church.
