Edith V. Armentrout, 68, of Harrisonburg, died Friday at her home in
Harrisonburg.
Miss. Armentrout was born May 14, 1919, and was a daughter of the late Clarence
Hunter and Ottie Grandle Armentrout.
She attended the Lutheran Church. Miss. Armentrout was the last member of her
immediate family. The closest survivors are three nephews, including Claude W.
Armentrout Jr., of Englewood, Ohio, whom she helped rear.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Woodbine Cemetery in
Harrisonburg by the Revs. Ron McCormick and Marvin Jones.
