MARION - Andrew Leroy Capps, 54, died Saturday in a Florence hospital after a long illness. He was a son of the late James Monroe and Rena Richardson Capps of Horry County.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday in Nebo Baptist Church, burial will be in Souls Chapel Cemetery.
Surviving are his widow, the former Lorie Brown of Horry County; four sons, Earl Capps of Johnsonville, James Capps, Herman Capps and Ray Capps, all of Marion; two daughters, Mrs. John F. Miller of Georgetown and Betty Capps of the home; one brother, Mack Capps of Georgetown; seven sisters, Mrs. G. H. Pace of Brittons Neck, Mrs. Jessie Richardson and Mrs. C. J. Smith of Mullins, Mrs. Rudolph Cockfield of Rains, Mrs. Barney Murrow of Johnsonville, Mrs. Clyde Johnson of Aynor and Mrs. Garland Cribb of Tabor City, N.C.; and 3 grandchildren.
