FORT WAYNE--Bennett C. Bond, 52, died Saturday night at the home of his brother Gilbert, in Fort Wayne. Mr. Bond was a former resident of Liberty.
Funeral services were held wednesday afternoon in Fosdick's Funeral Home with the Rev. R. W. Wenner officiating. Burial was in West Point cemetery.
Survivors are the mother, Mrs. Charles F. Bond of Ft. Wayne; and the brother, Gilbert. Clayton Bond, Union county prosecutor, is a cousin. (from Union County newspaper, July 1951)
