LORENA C. OCHOA Age 38, resident of Riverside, CA for 4 years, formerly of San Bernardino for 10 years and Moreno Valley for 4 years, passed away 09/20/2011, due to cancer, at her home. Lorena was born in Eagle Pass, TX. She was employed by the Riverside Unified School District. She earned her Master of Science in counseling and guidance in 1999. She was a member of PACE-Summer Program, Migrant Program, and Latina Women's Empowerment Group. Lorena is survived by her husband, Juan Carlos Ochoa of Riverside, CA; sons XOL Ochoa and Oziel Ochoa of Riverside, CA; parents, Guadalupe Cervantes (deceased 12/26/98) and Aurora R. Cervantes of Riverside, CA; brothers, David Cervantes of Kentucky and Josha Cervantes of Bloomington, CA; sisters, Maria Yocom of San Bernardino, CA, Margarita Calvan of Montana and Anna Cristhina Cervantes of San Bernardino, CA; grandparents, Fransisco Cervantes, Margarita Cervantes (deceased) of Texas, Gilberto Rangel and Aurora Rangel (deceased) of Mexico. Visitation on 9/26/11 from 4-8pm and Funeral on 9/27/11 from 10am-12 noon, both at Acheson & Graham, 7944 Magnolia Ave., Riverside, CA. with graveside at Olivewood Memorial Park.
