Ethel Pauline Fitton, 84, passed away September 8, 1999, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ethel was born in Randlett, Oklahoma, to William Thatcher and Bonnie Esther Winter Fitton on October 27, 1914. A registered nurse, Ethel retired from the Veterans Administration Hospital in Salt Lake. She was a member of the Order Eastern Star Lynds #1.
Ethel is survived by a brother, W.T. Fitton of Anderson, Missouri; and a niece, Candyce Duggan of Wichita, Kansas. She was ready to go home, but will be missed by loved ones left behind.
Funeral services will be held at Centenary Methodist Church, 1740 South 520 East, conducted by Paster Jennifer Hare-Diggs, on Wednesday, September 15, 1999, at 2 p.m. Luncheon will be served.
