LADY LAKE, Fla. - Mae Katherine Timmons, 56, died June 28, 2008, at Leesburg Regional Medical Center. She was born in Lake City, Tenn., to Cleo and Medie Mae Hawkins Chamblee. She was a homemaker, an avid seamstress and an artist.
Services were July 5 at Senter Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with burial at Sandy Springs Cemetery.
Survivors included her husband of 30 years, Russell Timmons of Lady Lake, Fla.; four daughters, Melissa Beavers of St. Petersburg, Fla., Jeannie Snow of Attala, Ala., Kathy Hunter of Lafayette, Tenn., and Corey Timmons of Lady Lake, Fla.; seven grandchildren; her mother, Medie Phillips and her father, Millard Phillips, both of Lake City, Tenn.; four sisters and two brothers, all of Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cleo Chamblee.
