Des Moines Register, Fri. Aug. 13, 1982, 4C:1. Services for Marvin R. Adams, 52, of 6701 College Ave., who died Wednesday of a heart ailment at Northwest Community Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church. Burial will be at the Glendale Cemetery. Mr. Adams was born In Holy Cross and lived in Des Moines for 28 years. He was an attorney with the firm of Dreher Wilson Adams Jensen Sayre & Gribble. He was a member of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, the Dowling Club, Ducks Unlimited and the Polk County and American Bar associations. He was on the board of directors of the American Lung Association and Webster Life Insurance Co. He was general counsel for Green International. Survivors include his wife, Georgia A.; three sons, Mark R.; Chris J. and George M.; his mother, Stella; a brother, Stanley; a sister, Alice Frein; and one grandchild, all of Des Moines. The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to Dowling High School. Friends may call between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. today, and a rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. today at Westover Funeral Home.
