The grave marker is a concrete slab now after a tornado destroyed most of the grave makers in that location. There is one marker for 5 members of the family. The site is in a pasture behind the Poole home across the road from the church cemetery. Buried there are John, Frances, Margaret, Mary, Martha. No dates of death are shown. The concrete monument was erected by Tom and Olen Fountain and Claude Poole in 1995 at this location: 34.471256 -84.507064. The location is 1000 feet across the highway and NW of the County Line Baptist Church. Also, the exact date and manner of death of all 5 family members is not known. The location of the monument is on land formerly owned by John and Frances.

John's parents were John M. Mullins Sr. and Nancy Ann Hubbard married in Pittsylvania Co. VA in Jan 1785.
