Funeral services for Baby Haylee Elaine Carter will be held at 2:00 PM Friday February 13, 2004 in the chapel of JACKSONVILLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park with Rev. Carroll Kendrick officiating. Committal services and burial will follow in the Garden of Babyland at Jacksonville Memory Gardens with Rev. Ken Dyal officiating. Haylee was born November 6, 2003 in Orange Park, the daughter of Jessica Spencer and Derek Carter. In addition to her parents, survivors include her maternal grandparents Jesse and Elaine Spencer; paternal grandparents Janice Carter and Steve Ramsey; maternal great grandparents J.T. and Annette Strickland; her Papa Frank T. and Marsha Spencer; great grandparents Linda and John Reeves; many other loving family members.
