Arlene Grace Schiller, age 72, of Milton, DE, passed away Monday, April 28, 2008, at her late residence.
She was born in Milwaukee, WI on January 21, 1936, daughter of the late Clinton A. Doughty and Mildred A. Nimergood Doughty.
She attended the Lutheran Church of Our Savior; was a member of the Women of the Moose, Lewes, DE; and a member of the NCO Wives Club, Dover, DE.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Thomas M. Schiller, a brother Robert Doughty and a sister Karen Salazar.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years Kenneth E. Schiller, Sr., son Kenneth E. Schiller Jr. and his wife Dianne of Tenafly, NJ and a daughter Terry L. Schiller of Milton, DE; two brothers, Clint Doughty and Patrick Hewitt and three sisters Sandy Doughty, Jean Warmsbacker, and Debbie Mueller all of Milwaukee, WI; five grandchildren, Tammy L. DeVilbiss, Bethany L. Schiller, Allyson N. Schiller, Arianna M. Schiller and Stephanie A. Schiller; and three great grandchildren, Rashawn Bolden, Tyre' Thomas and Da' Jehr Roundtree.
Funeral services will be at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 2, 2008 where friends may call one hour prior to services. Friends may also call on Thursday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Coolspring Presbyterian Cemetery in Milton, DE.
