Vernon Ritter
BEAVER, Okla. - Vernon "Junior" Ritter, 70, died Saturday, July 22, 2000.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with Aaron Summers officiating. Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery by Clark Funeral Service.
Mr. Ritter was born in Groom, Texas, and was a longtime resident of Beaver. He was a retired Beaver County employee.
He married Betty Williams in 1948.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Vernon Ritter III of Elk City; four daughters, Delores Jones of Woodward, Jane Lubbers of Cheney, Kan., and Karen Yates and Vida Cano, both of Beaver; a sister, Verna Bell Parker of Talala; a brother, C.L. Ritter of Eufala; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
