A native of Milltown, he was an Air Force veteran of World War II, a former POW in Romania, a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Clarksville, a former employee of Seinshiemmers in New Albany and retired from Leweb in Salem in 1989.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Dora Moser; four brothers, Martin, Walter, David and Richard Moser; and a son, Robert Moser.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, 2 sons, a daughter, a sister, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Friday, July 15, from 3 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, July 16, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarksville.

Clarence A. Moser, 87, formerly of Clarksville, IN, died Monday, July 11, in Greenwood, IN, after a short illness.
He was a native of Milltown, IN, a US Air Force veteran of WW II and a former POW in Romania. He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Clarksville. He was a former employee of Senshiemmers in New Albany and retired from Leweb, Salem, IN, in 1989.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Dora Moser, four brothers, Martin, Walter, David, Richard Moser and a son, Robert Moser (1999).
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Wauneta Kepley Moser; two sons, William (Connie). Dale City, VA, and David (Bonny). Greenwood, IN; a daughter, Anita Owen (Charles), Elizabethtown, KY and a daughter-in-law, Sue Moser, Zephyrhills, FL; five grandchildren, Angela Traughber Domek (Ed), New Albany, Robin Moser Knabel (Eric), Arvada, CO, Michael Moser, Louisville, KY, Ronnie Moser, Angela Moser, FL; three great grandchildren; one sister, Theresa Cox, Leavenworth, IN.
The funeral will be Saturday, July 16, at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be 3 to 8 PM on Friday, July 15, and on Saturday from 9 to 11 AM.
