Dorris C. Wilson, age 50, well known and respected citizen of the Mt. Gilead community, passed away yesterday morning at the Richland Memorial Hospital.

A lifelong resident of the county, he was born near Dundas, the son of Walter Wilson and Sarah Robinson Wilson.

Mr. Wilson was a mechanic by trade and had been employed in Olney garages for a number of years, and had of late been employed at Bateman Auto Parts. He has been a long time member of the Mt. Gilead Church. He was married to Lemora Fulk on December 24,1950.

He leaves his wife and two children: Miss Diana Wilson and Dennis Wilson, both at home. He also leaves the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Edna Haynes of Dundas, Mrs. Mabel Williamson of Olney, Mrs. Helen Phillips of Kankakee, Beauford and Donald Wilson both of Dundas and Deane Wilson of Enfield.

Funeral services will be held on Monday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock in the Memorial Chapel of the Summers-Marshall Funeral Home with the Rev. Lloyd Crain officiating. Interment will be in the Dundas Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. Sunday.
