Sonja Lois "Sunny" Jordan, 73 passed away September 21, 2011 in Sun City, AZ. Leaving her husband James; her two sons, Michael P. Evans of Palm Harbor, FL. and William J. Evans, Phoenix, AZ. Also three daughters, Cynthia L. Smith, Glendale, AZ., Wendy J. Brokaw, Arnold, MD and Tracey L. Roston, Dumfries, VA. Sunny also leaves behind two sisters, Sally Norton, Arkville, NY and Sherri Lucchese, Ft. Myers, FL., She was proud of her five grandchildren and three great grandsons. Sunny graduated from Milford High School in Milford, NY, worked as telephone operator/supervisor in many areas here in the states and overseas. Employed as a cashier at Hickam AFB Officers Club in Honolulu, Hawaii. Finished employment as an Office Manager for a dentist in Reston, VA. Sunny was affiliated with the Grace Bible Church and belonged to the "Red Hats", and ceramic club. Her special achievement with which she was proud was to become Deaconess in the church. She was also a member of the Sunday School Class. Sunny touched the hearts of all around her and will be much missed. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, 9/26/2011, at Grace Bible Church, 19280 N. 99th Ave., Peoria, AZ 85373. Final resting place: National Memorial Cemetery
