Born to Mr. and Mrs. Chas Lock last Monday, a boy.

Norman Lock, aged seven years and two months, who was mentioned in the last issue as being quite ill at the time of his little brother's death, passed away last Tuesday morning and was buried by the side of his little brother on their place yesterday. This is the third child the Mr. and Mrs. Lock have lost within the year.

Cowboy Rancher Sets out on a Trail That Never Returns
Death called Frank Edward Lock, one of the real cowpunchers of the western country, early Tuesday morning. Lock passed away in a local hospital following a week of suffering from peritonitis which set in after typhoid fever.
Rodeo crowds in the surrounding country knew the man - who was noted for his fine horsemanship. Lock owned a ranch near Buford where he lived until his death.
Funeral services were held in Williston Wednesday afternoon from the First Lutheran Church. Rev E H Steen, pastor of the church officiated.
He was 40 years and three months old at the time of his death.
Surviving him are his wife, two sons and a daughter.
