He was an 82 year old native of Wolfe County, son of the late Sam and Angeline Wilson Walters, retired employee from Ford Motor Company and a member of Rolling Hills Church of Christ. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Angie (Jason) Gunther of Columbus, Ohio, 3 sons, Randy and Jerry Walters, both of Ohio and William Eugene Ingram of Orlando, Florida, 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, special brother-in-law, Charles Ingram of Mt. Sterling, 3 special nieces and 2 special nephews. His funeral will be 1:00 Tuesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Machpelah Cemetery. Visitation is 5-9:00 Monday.
