Edna Epley, age 88, of Forest City, NC, died Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at Hospice House of Rutherford County
A native of Rutherford County,
She was the daughter of the late John White and the late Vinnie Foster White and the widow of the late Woodrow Epley. Mrs. Epley was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was retired from Shiloh Elementary School after many years as a lunch room worker. She was preceded in death by a son Ray Epley and a grandson Jared Epley.

Scott Epley, Rutherfordton, NC
Three Brothers:
Zeb White, Union Mills, NC
Charles White, Union Mills, NC

Five Grand Children: Kristen LaForge, Holly Epley, Josh Epley, Ethan Epley, Erica Epley
One Great-Grand Child: Hannah LaForge
The family will receive friends, Friday, September 23, 2011 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at McMahan's Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Don Crawford and Michael Sepaugh officiating.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The family will be at Mrs. Epley's Home.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorials to be made to Hospice of Rutherford County, P.O. Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
