Bridget M. Butler, age 86, of Jacksonville, NC, formerly of Delaware, passed away Friday, March 2, 2007, at Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, NC. Mrs. Butler was born in Limerick, Ireland November 1, 1920.

Mrs. Butler was a registered nurse.

She was married to the late William F. Butler. She is survived by a son, William F. Butler of Damascus, MD; two daughters, Margaret Butler and Maureen Cole, both of Jacksonville, NC; her sister, Sister Mary John Madden of Belmont, NC; and two grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, March 6, 11 AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 691 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE; Father David Kelley will be the celebrant. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to Mass. Interment will be at Ocean View Presbyterian Cemetery, Rt. 26 & Cedar Neck Road, Ocean View, DE.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memorial & Honor Program, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Clarksville Chapel, Clarksville, DE.
