Hilda M. Lohr, 84, of Garrett, died Jan. 26, 1996, at Somerset Hospital. Born Aug. 18, 1911, in Garrett. A daughter of the late William and Fannie (Hutzell) Drenner. Also preceded in death by her husband, Durbin W. "Red" Lohr; a daughter, Audrey J. "Sis" Christine; 2 grandchildren, three brothers and four sisters. Survived by these children: Bernadine Garkovick, Akron, Ohio; Gary W. Lohr, Covington, Ga.; Sally M. Kelly, Jacksonville, Fla.; Robert D. Lohr, Meyersdale RD 3; Donald R. Lohr, Annapolis, Md.; Janis L. Saylor, Berlin; C. Thomas Lohr, Betty Hoover, Patricia A. Decker and Theresa K. Lohr, all of Garrett. Also 25 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. A life member of the Garrett Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Friends were received Sunday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today, with Pastor Albert G. Valentine officiating. Interment, Highland Cemetery Garrett.
