Max Baldwin, 79, died August 10, 1990 in Provo, Utah.
He was born May 17, 1911 in Monroe, Utah to Jess C. and Adelia Winget Baldwin.
He married Helen M. Oviatt September 5, 1939 in Castle Dale, Utah. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a High Priest in the LDS Church. Retired from Geneva Steel.
Survived by his wife of American Fork, six daughters and a son: Mrs. Jim (Lorna) Gordon, and Mrs. Dennis (Darlene) Rowley, both of American Fork; Mrs. Rod (LaRain) John, Las Vegas; Mrs. Larry (Yvonne) Brown, and Mrs. Rodney (Brenda) Street, both of Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Earl (MaxAnn) Green, Lindon; Floyd Baldwin, Fort Collins, Colorado; 18 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; three brothers and a sister: Van Baldwin, Murray; Dan Baldwin, Wellington; Que Baldwin, Las Vegas; Lela Mellor, Springville.
Preceded in death by two brothers and two grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be Monday, 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork 7th Ward, 165 North 350 West. Friends may call at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork, Sunday 6 to 8 p.m and Monday at thechurch one hour prior to services.
Burial in the American Fork Cemetery.
