W. Samuel Edgar (or rather "Sam") was a son of Walter Coleman and Nancy (Jessup) Edgar. He spent his childhood in Greenville, Delaware. After his schooling he moved to the Boston area and eventually settled in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Sam lived life exactly on his own terms and precisely as he saw fit. He was an honorable man and a trusted friend. Sam had an independent and creative mind which often got him/us in trouble when we first met when he was at the Hyde School in Bath, Me.
But oh the bond was instant.
I rejoice that our paths crossed in this life for I'm the better for knowing him, though now the sadder for he's gone too soon. As long as I live Sam's singularity will live on in my heart and in my memory.... who'm I kidding he's in my heart for eternity.
