Patricia "Patti" M. (Militello) Schutte, of Chicopee, passed away peacefully on Sept. 20, 2011 with her loving family by her side. Patti was the beloved wife of 13 years to Dale Schutte; a loving mother to Kim Collins and husband Michael, of Ludlow, and Michael and Christopher Graham; a dear sister to Charles Militello; a cherished nana to Joseph and Sarina Graham, Maggie and Aidan Collins, and Ashley Lycette; and also leaves many loving family members and dear friends. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, Sept. 23 at 11:00am in Ludlow Funeral Home followed by burial in Island Pond Cemetery. Visitation will precede the funeral from 9:30-10:45am and donations may be made in Patti's memory to D'Amour Cancer Care Center 3350 Main St. Springfield, Ma 01112.
