OBITUARY
MARY E. LEMONS, 95

Mary E. Lemons, 95, of Boyne City, died August 16, 1986 at Grandvue Medical Care Facility, East Jordan. Funeral will be 1 PM Wednesday, August 20 at the Stackus Funeral Home, Boyne City. The Reverend Milton Walls Jr. will officiate and burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Boyne City.

The former Mary E. Lorentz was born May 24, 1891 in Elmira, the daughter of Steven and Helen Starks Lorentz. She always resided in Northern Michigan and attended school in Elmira.

On March 1, 1913, she married Stephen Lemons in Charlevoix. The couple made their home in Boyne City and Mr. Lemons preceded her in death on September 22, 1953.

Mrs. Lemons is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Roy (Caroline) McCleary of Boyne City and Mrs. Donald (Louise) Moses of Big Pine Key, Florida; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; one sister, Flossie Nelson of Traverse City.

Friends may call at the funeral home from noon to 9 PM on Tuesday.
