Ralph was born to Ralph Renzo Kelly Sr. and Hallie Irene Anderson in 1922. He married Annie Peele in Athol, ID. He served in WWII, enlisting in the Army on 28 Oct 1942. He saw action in Italy and service in Japan. Three children were born from his marriage, one daughter and two sons.
