HAL ALBERT LIPSEY, 95, of Memphis, retired general manager for Lipsey's Fish Co., died of cancer Friday at Delta Medical Center. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown.

He was a member of Park Avenue Church of Christ.

Mr. Lipsey, the widower of Callan B. Lipsey, leaves a daughter, Martha L. Sanders of Germantown; two sons, Hal A. Lipsey Jr. and Bill E. Lipsey, both of Memphis; a sister, Jewel Wilborn of Senatobia, Miss., 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

The family requests that memorials be sent to Park Avenue Church of Christ Fellowship Hall Building Fund.
