Johnny Robert Atchley, 76, of Harvest died Saturday.
Mr. Atchley was preceded in death by his daughter, Dianna Tucker. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his daughters, Ava McGuff and husband David, Ruby Winkles and husband Eddie, Julia Atchley, Johnie Atchley, and two other daughters from Huntsville; two sons, Jerry Hornbuckle and Roger Hornbuckle; 14 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Berryhill Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Maple Hill Cemetery with Pastor Reggie Whitton officiating.
