Kim Marie Hemphill, 51, of Scottsbluff, died Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colo.
Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Sept. 16, at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery in Chadron.
Friends may visit from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff.
A memorial has been established in care of the family. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.dugankramer.com.
Kim was born Oct. 27, 1959, in Fargo, N.D. Kim was a loving wife, great mother, grandmother and good friend to those who knew her. She loved going on the truck with her husband. Kim also loved being with her beloved animals.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Hemphill of Scottsbluff; sons, Adam Elwess and wife Ashleigh of Minatare, and Tim Krueger of Scottsbluff; mother, Patricia Harsin of Alliance; brothers, Leonard Harsin Jr. of Bayard, Leon Harsin of Bridgeport, and Patrick Harsin of Tecumseh; sister, Lynetta Hernadez of Cheyenne; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Preceding Kim in death was her dad, Leonard Harsin Sr.; daughter, Amanda Elwess; grandmother, Lynetta Pablo; and aunt, Nina Burhans.
