Funeral Arrangements Are Incomplete For Native Of Callaway:

John Malcolm McKim, 54, died unexpectedly at his home south of New Bloomfield about 3:30 o'clock Saturday morning. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body will lie in state at the Holt-Claypool Funeral Home in New Bloomfield. Mr. McKim, son of the late John K. and Bessie Gathright McKim, was born April 1, 1900, on the family farm near New Bloomfield. His wife, the former Miss Barbara Hess, survives. He had been employed at the International Shoe Company in Jefferson City for several months. For 27 years, he was employed in a grocery store in St. Louis.

Survivors, including his wife are, one son, Malcolm Donald McKim of the home, three sisters, Mrs. Waller Adkinson of Tebbetts, Mrs. Clarice Hall of Williamsburg and Mrs. August Strauch of Eugene, four brothers, Ira, Charles and Albert McKim, all of Holts Summit and Donald McKim of New Bloomfield.
