SAUNDERS, Frances Elizabeth Leftwich, 84, of Salem, formerly of Vinton, passed away Monday, April 6, 1998. She was preceded in death by her husband, Coleman Rudolph Saunders and a son, B. Wayne Saunders. Surviving are two grandsons and spouses Allan and Cassandra Saunders, Eric and Jenny Saunders; daughter-in-law, Jean B. Saunders; two brothers, Rudy Leftwich of Salem & Ralph Leftwich of Roanoke; three sisters, Margaret L. Cromer of Salem, Rebecca L. Ingram of Johnson City, Tenn., Louise L. Walker of Salem. Graveside services will be conducted from the Mountain View Cemetery.
