Leona A. Ramminger, age 84, of Sheboygan, formerly of 17123 W. Washington Road,Kiel, died Monday morning August 9, 1993, at Greendale Health Care Center, Sheboygan, where she was a resident since October 1990.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 12, 1993, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill, with the Rev. Reginald Schrimpf Pastor, and Deacon James Steffen officiating. Preceded by brief family rites at 10:15 a.m. at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She was born May 27, 1909, in rural Kiel, daughter of the late William and Catherine Wagner Ramminger. She attended Pigeon River School and Holy Trinity Catholic School,School Hill. She never married. She was a nurses aide at St. Nicholas Hospital,Sheboygan for over 50 years. She enjoyed playing cards. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill.

Survivors include two sisters, Marcella Conrad, rural Kiel, Viola Reinecke, Middleton, Wis. She is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.

Friends may call at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, from 4-8:30 p.m. Wednesday and on Thursday from 8 a.m. until the time of service. The Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
