Pat was the daughter of Arlington Bernard Hubbard and Boniface Orpha "Bonnie" Brooks Hubbard.
Pat was an entrepreneur. For a time in her life, she had her own catering company. And could she cook! It didn't matter if she was cooking for one, or a thousand, it was fantastic. I'll never forget the wonderful dinners that she would prepare for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Unbelievable! The kitchen adjoined the living room. On holidays when she expected lots of people, she would set two dining tables, end to end, and everyone would eat to capacity. On more than one Thanksgiving, she'd make two turkeys and put one on each table, with ALL the trimmings! Such wonderful memories! R.I.P. Pat. Those of us that are left, miss and love you dearly!
