My mother was born in Spokane, WA. Her family moved many times--a different school almost every year! She graduated from St. Helen's High School in Oregon. Mom moved to the Los Angeles, CA area eventually, where she met my father, Charles Pearson. They married in Las Vegas in 1946 and lived there for most of the rest of her life. She was a beloved member of College Park Baptist Church there and had many friends. My father passed away in 1989. She remained in Las Vegas until 1998, when she moved to California to live with me, their only child and daughter. She passed away in December 1999. Mom, I miss you so very much. I will see you one day in Heaven.
